Absolute GEM of a company. I was called immediately by a lovely lady when they spotted a mistake in my order. This was immediately fixed and the lovely lady even gave me some fantastic advice on yarn that I wasn’t sure of. My order was then EXPERTLY AND SAFELY PADDED AND PACKED and I had my order delivered the very next day which I was ecstatic with! This is one of those wonderful UNIQUE companies that I had the pleasure of stumbling across on a Google search for silky yarn!!!! I am truly grateful for your support and unbelievable TEN STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I feel as though I’m part of their family after only one phone call and I trusted the lady within seconds of speaking with her, unfortunately I didn’t feel the need to ask her name which means I am unable to praise her personally or i must certainly would! Normally I only take names when there is a problem but she put me at such ease that it never even entered my mind to ask 😔. I was served by a great young assistant in the shop yesterday! Full of in-depth knowledge and confidence she was such a joy to interact with. As always a great experience in Sconch.

Large premises with a good range of wools and patterns. The staff are very helpful and friendly but rushed off their feet as the shop is part of a large barn which is also a coffee shop. Certainly a good place to browse around whilst deciding what to make next.
