Bought an album to design within three months on special offer. Even though I had written it in my diary, Photobox sent helpful reminders so that I didn’t forget! Once I got to grips with the design tools, all went smoothly. Lots of backgrounds for pages and stickers to add to personalise album. Prompts to save work as you go which was helpful. Able to review album before buying. Photobox kept me informed of the progress of my order. Arrived ahead of time quoted. Beautiful album arrived . Very happy with the end result. Very pleased with results Once I had a little practise in navigating how it all worked it was fairly easy with a good choice of personalisation. I dint choose the auto fill which no doubt would have been far quicker because I wanted photos displayed in a particular order. Quality good. Made a great special birthday present
I have lots of photobooks and have used a number of companies in the past but now always use Photobox. They are efficient, good value and superb quality. Really pleased with my latest book. So much better than flicking through your phone to see photos and I have progressed to making the books a journal of my travels rather than just a book of photos.
Ordered 500 piece jigsaw to be created from a photograph. Have ordered twice before. Jigsaw is of good quality, Ravensburger, and picture is perfect.

We've been ordering our annual family photo album from here for 10 years. Everyone always comments on how good the booms look. They are a lot of work (because we put in a lot of photos, have 100 pages and cover a lot of events). The only negatives: Twice in those 10 years photobox has changed the programming for how you create photobooks- and sadly both times I was about halfway through creating the annual book and had to start from scratch. The new program is more efficient as you can easily use photos from your computer and the book content is only uploaded after you've finished it. But the "shuffle" button for layout has gone and the replacement just squishes all.thr photos onto one side and doesn't use the whole page. You also can no longer swap single pages around - only double pages. Also, very annoying, the + - and swap option bar disappears off the bottom.of the page on images at the bottom of the page. It would also be improved if the double click button activated "swap images" instead of whatever ot seems to activate now. My biggest issue with the new system is that we always order 30cm (XL) photos books and the one we ordered on the new system (stated same size) is actually approximately 1-2cm bigger and it stands proud the the set. All that said: only once have I had an issue with a photobook, it arrived damaged and replacement was sorted without qualms. Currently working on our next family album.
